For the sun
At 1,683 m the sun is stronger than it feels. Bring sunscreen, sunglasses and a cap that fits under the helmet, or a neck buff.
For cold and wind
There can be a 10 to 15 °C difference between day and night. Start in layers with a light windbreaker: you'll wear it in the morning and stash it by midday.
What we already give you
Every bike comes with helmet, pump, lock and water, delivered to your hotel. Guided rides also include guide, transfers and support. You bring comfy clothes, closed shoes and the will to ride.
